You'll not only increase your mobility and flexibility, but also cultivate a strong and healthy connection between your body and mind. Taught with a practical and non-esoteric approach, this class is for all ages and abilities.

A grounding, mindfully paced yoga practice that slowly builds up into a meditative flow. This class draws inspiration from Qi-Gong, Mindful Movement, Yin and Daoist flows; Inspired by the work of Paul Grilley, Bernie Clark and Tara Judelle.

Suitable for all levels; but particularly suited to those new to flow styles of yoga, or those who want to explore a flow practice outside of the traditional confines of a vinyasa structured class.

During deep relaxation, all the organ systems of the body are benefited and stress-related symptoms fade away. This 75 minute class combines Hatha Yoga postures and Mindfulness techniques as we work our way through the class with a steady flow and finish with a mindful meditation. Be encouraged to cultivate and embody a deep awareness of, and positive connection to, your body, and develop compassion and understanding towards your mind. This class is open to all levels, beginners especially welcome.
