Restorative yoga helps us to balance a fast lifestyle; helps us learn to relax and rest deeply. A consistent Restorative Yoga practice can be a buffer to stress; all the organ systems of the body are benefited during deep relaxation and stress-related symptoms fade away. It can lower blood pressure, improve immune function and digestion, as well as reduce muscle tension and general fatigue, and over time you will also notice that the mind quietens to match the body.

This relaxing class opens with some gentle movement and a simple meditation practice before moving into the stillness of restorative yoga.
Props comfortably and safely support the body in each pose, enabling all the muscles of the body to relax, the nervous system to settle and unwind, the breath to deepen, and the mind to find stillness.
