A grounding, mindfully paced yoga practice. A gentle Vinyasa Flow inspired class open to all levels, aiming to help you build a connection between the breath and movement. Beginner friendly.

Restorative yoga helps us to balance a fast lifestyle; helps us learn to relax and rest deeply. A consistent Restorative Yoga practice can be a buffer to stress; all the organ systems of the body are benefited during deep relaxation and stress-related symptoms fade away. It can lower blood pressure, improve immune function and digestion, as well as reduce muscle tension and general fatigue, and over time you will also notice that the mind quietens to match the body.

A grounding, mindfully paced practice that slowly builds into a meditative flow. This class draws inspiration from traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative styles and aims to help you cultivate a deep awareness of your body. Move mindfully, follow your breath and explore your practice with curiosity. This class is open to all; beginners are especially welcome.

This weekly drop-in class will include an extended meditation practice and after the practice I will hold space for a short discussion. This class works perfectly as an extension of the previous Mindful Yoga class, but you can also benefit immensely from this as a stand-alone practice. All are welcome; no previous experience of Mindfulness Meditation is required, neither is the capability to sit cross-legged on the floor (props and/or chairs can be provided).
