My teaching style is foundational and exploratory with a focus on practicing with curiosity, compassion and kindness. My classes are sequenced so they are accessible to all levels; both beginners and long term practitioners are equally welcome. I focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere so that practitioners feel secure in exploring their practice and leave with a sense of contentment.
