Leave the stresses of the festive season behind for a few hours, and join Emma for a relaxing, restorative yoga workshop, focussing on nurturing your body and finding a sense of space and wellbeing.
At a time of year where we can often feel a bit frazzled (whether you love the festive season or not!) if we don’t carve out some time for self care we may end up feeling depleted, overwhelmed and tired. This is an invitation to pause and to ground.
Join us for two and a half hours of restorative yoga and meditation where, after an introduction to the practices, we will use props — blankets, straps, blocks and bolsters — to support your body and allow your muscles to fully relax and release. Expect to move slowly and mindfully, fading the boundaries between postures; calming the mind and bringing the nervous system to rest.
An ideal practice to focus on your intentions for the new year, and leave feeling rested, relaxed and renewed.
Open to absolutely everyone, regardless of experience level.
(Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant. You are extremely welcome to attend, but we may need to plan some alternative postures to keep you safe and comfortable).
